NW10 - Kensall

This project focused on improving the appearance and condition of the property’s front elevation while adding practical external storage.

The existing brickwork was carefully inspected, with damaged and blown bricks removed and replaced to restore the integrity of the façade. The remaining brickwork was then professionally repointed, renewing the mortar joints to improve both the structural durability and weather resistance of the building.

Once the masonry repairs were complete, the front elevation was prepared and repainted, giving the property a clean, refreshed appearance and significantly enhancing its kerb appeal.

To complement the refurbishment, we designed and constructed a bespoke timber bin and bike store. Built to suit the available space, the storage unit provides a practical and attractive solution for securely housing refuse bins and bicycles while keeping the front of the property neat and organised.

The completed project combined essential maintenance with thoughtful improvements, delivering a smart, well-presented exterior that is both more durable

and more functional for everyday use.
