This project focused on enhancing the external appearance of the property through a comprehensive refurbishment of both the front elevation and rear garden, significantly improving its kerb appeal and outdoor living spaces.
At the front of the property, damaged stone window sills were carefully repaired to restore their original appearance and prevent further deterioration. The external masonry was then prepared and repainted, giving the façade a clean, fresh finish while protecting it from the elements.
To complete the front entrance, new Indian sandstone paving was laid from the pavement through to the front door, creating an attractive and durable pathway that complements the character of the property.
The rear garden was transformed with the installation of large-format white porcelain paving, providing a contemporary, low-maintenance outdoor space ideal for entertaining and everyday use. The crisp finish of the porcelain tiles created a bright, modern garden that perfectly complemented the renovated property.
The completed works refreshed the property’s exterior, combining traditional materials at the front with a contemporary garden design to enhance both its appearance and long-term durability.
